SAP FICO HANA Functional Consultant

Role Overview LTM is looking for a skilled SAP FICO HANA Functional Consultant to join its growing consulting team across Bengaluru and Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will bring strong hands-on experience in SAP Finance and Controlling modules along with at least one end-to-end S4 HANA implementation. Key Responsibilities - Lead and support SAP FICO implementations, upgrades, rollouts, and system integration projects across on-site and offshore delivery models - Gather client requirements and develop high-level solution designs aligned with business objectives in the finance domain - Work extensively on Record to Report processes, Profitability Analysis (CO-PA), internal orders, and cost center accounting - Provide advisory support to client business stakeholders on finance best practices within the SAP ecosystem - Conduct ABAP debugging and use Report Painter tools as needed to support functional delivery - Stay current with SAP S4 HANA advancements and transfer knowledge effectively within the project team - Collaborate as a strong team player within a mixed on-shore and off-shore model, maintaining clear and concise communication with all stakeholders Required Qualifications - 6 to 13 years of overall SAP FICO experience with at least 2 to 3 full project life cycles completed - Minimum 1 end-to-end implementation on SAP S4 HANA is mandatory - Deep functional knowledge in FI and CO modules including Profitability Analysis, assessments, top-down distributions, and PA functionalities - Strong financial domain understanding with the ability to advise business users effectively - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, verbal, and written communication skills - Postgraduate qualification such as MBA or PGDM in any specialization preferred - SAP certification and knowledge of Analysis Office in Excel are considered added advantages Why Join Us LTM offers a collaborative and high-growth environment where SAP professionals can work on cutting-edge S4 HANA projects with leading enterprise clients.
