SAP Data Migration Project Leader

Role Overview The Data Migration Workstream Lead will coordinate data migration activities across all functional workstreams including Finance, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, HR and Payroll, and Master Data Management. This coordination and tracking role serves as the connective tissue between workstream teams, ensuring alignment, visibility, and progress across the program's mock cycles and into production cutover. Key Responsibilities - Coordinate and maintain the Data Migration Runbook for each wave in partnership with workstream teams, including cutover sequencing, system freeze windows, and delta validation procedures - Track and communicate migration activities across all modules including OTC/BRIM, FICO, P2P, HR, and Master Data against the overall program plan and wave deployment schedule - Coordinate across all mock migration cycles, tracking progress and ensuring workstream teams are on pace toward success rate targets at production cutover - Monitor status of Finance data migration across company codes, flagging risks and blockers to the Data Migration Leader Required Qualifications - 5 or more years of experience in SAP data migration program coordination or project management with exposure to at least one full-cycle SAP S/4HANA migration - Solid understanding of SAP FICO including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, CO, and PS migration objects - Familiarity with SAP Migration Cockpit and standard SAP migration approaches - Strong project management and communication skills with proven ability to coordinate across multiple cross-functional teams Why Join Us Work on a large-scale enterprise transformation program spanning multiple countries and company codes. - 5 plus years SAP data migration program coordination experience - Full-cycle SAP S/4HANA migration exposure - SAP FICO understanding including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, CO, PS - SAP Migration Cockpit familiarity - Mock migration cycles and cutover planning knowledge - Cross-functional team coordination ability - Project management skills - JIRA and SmartSheets proficiency - Google Workspace experience - Senior leadership presentation capability
