Job Description

Role Overview This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing Pre-Series A funded EV charging infrastructure company that is building a scalable, technology-driven charging ecosystem across India. As a Key Account Manager in B2B Sales, you will be a frontline representative of India's electric vehicle revolution, working directly in the field to expand charging infrastructure partnerships. You will take complete ownership of the B2B sales lifecycle and play a central role in driving revenue and enterprise growth across the Chennai territory. Key Responsibilities - Drive B2B and enterprise sales for EV charging solutions through consistent field visits and direct face-to-face client engagements - Own the complete sales cycle from initial lead identification and prospecting through deal negotiation, closure, and long-term account management - Identify and develop new business opportunities to build a strong and healthy sales pipeline within the assigned territory - Manage relationships with channel partners, dealers, and distributors to expand market reach and product presence - Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets with a high-ownership and self-driven approach Required Qualifications - 3 to 5 years of field sales experience specifically within the Automobile, Electrical, or Core Industrial sectors - Demonstrated track record of B2B deal closures and enterprise account management in a field-intensive role - Prior experience in EV, charging infrastructure, or power and electrical equipment is strongly preferred - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering from a recognised institution - Proficiency in the regional language of the target location is mandatory for effective client communication Why Join Us This role offers a competitive fixed salary combined with uncapped performance-based incentives, giving high performers unlimited earning potential. Requirements

- 3 to 5 years of B2B field sales experience in Automobile, Electrical, or Industrial sectors - Strong track record in enterprise sales closures and key account management - Experience in EV, charging infrastructure, or power and electrical equipment preferred - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering - Proficiency in Tamil or the regional language of the target location - Willingness to travel extensively for field visits and client meetings - Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
