Job Description

Role Overview Pickyourtrail (PYT) is a fast-growing travel startup and expert co-creator of customised international and domestic holidays. We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to lead a team of travel consultants, drive revenue growth, and help us deliver extraordinary holiday experiences to our customers. Key Responsibilities - Coach, train, and mentor a team of travel consultants to consistently achieve monthly revenue targets - Conduct weekly team meetings to review targets, track performance, and ensure each member is on course for success - Assist team members on live client calls and demos, delivering ongoing training and destination knowledge sessions - Develop and own monthly revenue delivery plans along with corresponding funnel and pipeline requirements - Drive destination learning initiatives to sharpen sales pitches and improve conversion rates - Manage and resolve client escalations effectively during the sales process - Analyse sales dashboards and funnel metrics to identify gaps and optimise team performance Required Qualifications - Minimum 7 years of experience in a consistent revenue delivery or sales role - At least 2 years of team handling experience managing a team of 4 or more members - Strong understanding of margin planning and product mix delivery - Solid experience working with data, sales dashboards, and funnel management metrics - Proven ability to manage client escalations and maintain high customer satisfaction - Passionate, self-driven, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment - Prior background in the travel industry is highly preferred Why Join Us Pickyourtrail is one of the few travel startups that not only survived the pandemic but expanded significantly, boasting a Glassdoor rating of 4.2 out of 5. Requirements

- Minimum 7 years experience in a revenue delivery or sales role - Minimum 2 years of team management experience with a team of at least 4 members - Strong knowledge of margin planning and product mix strategies - Experience with sales dashboards, data analysis, and funnel management - Ability to handle client escalations during the sales process - Self-motivated and capable of working in a fast-paced startup environment - Background in travel industry preferred
