Job Description

Role Overview AI Essentials is looking for a driven and passionate Sales Executive to join our growing team in Chennai. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity where you will play a key role in driving admissions and building partnerships for our cutting-edge AI programs. You will own the complete sales lifecycle, from identifying potential learners and partners to guiding them through successful enrollment. Key Responsibilities - Prospect, qualify, and nurture leads across B2C and B2B segments - Conduct discovery calls and in-depth consultation sessions with prospective learners and partners - Maintain and update CRM systems and manage the sales pipeline effectively - Deliver compelling program presentations and handle objections confidently - Guide learners and corporate partners through the enrollment process end to end - Work closely with marketing and program delivery teams to align outreach efforts - Support webinars, community events, and brand initiatives to boost visibility - Consistently meet and exceed enrollment and revenue targets Required Qualifications - Proven experience in B2C or B2B sales, preferably in EdTech, SaaS, corporate training, or technology sectors - Strong consultative selling approach with a solid track record of closing deals - Excellent verbal and written communication along with strong presentation skills - Genuine interest in artificial intelligence, innovation, and future-of-work trends - Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced, target-driven environment - Prior experience in cohort-based learning, education counseling, or enterprise training sales is an added advantage - Familiarity with AI-related products or services will be preferred Why Join Us At AI Essentials, you will be at the forefront of the AI education revolution, helping individuals and organizations stay ahead in a rapidly evolving world.
