Role Overview
Cargill, one of the world's leading food and agriculture companies, is looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Executive to join its growing team in Pune, Maharashtra. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding the company's market presence, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth across your assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned region to meet and exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to management
- Represent Cargill at trade events, client meetings, and industry gatherings
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Agriculture, or a related field
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in FMCG, agriculture, or food industry
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory effectively
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region as required
