Role Overview
Irys Group is a Singapore-headquartered pioneer in RFID and IoT-based inventory management solutions for the diamond and jewellery industry, with a global presence across Singapore, UAE, Hong Kong, India, and the USA. We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to expand our RFID business across South India. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing technology company that has already deployed solutions for over 1050 jewellery and diamond businesses worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and qualify new B2B leads within the jewellery and diamond retail sector across South India
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle including lead generation, pipeline management, product demonstrations, and deal closure
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive account growth and retention
- Deliver clear and compelling presentations that translate technical RFID and IoT concepts into business value for clients
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity, forecasts, and client interactions using CRM tools and MS Office or Google Workspace
- Travel within the region as needed for client meetings, product demos, and industry events
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Prior exposure to B2B sales, business development, or account management, preferably in technology, SaaS, or retail solutions
- Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills with experience managing structured sales cycles
- Comfortable using CRM platforms and standard productivity tools for reporting and documentation
- Familiarity with retail, jewellery, ERP, or RFID and auto-identification technologies is a distinct advantage
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a cross-functional team
- Willingness to travel across South India for client engagements

Requirements
- B2B sales or business development experience, preferably in technology or SaaS
- Strong prospecting, lead qualification, and pipeline management skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, or Google Workspace
- Familiarity with RFID, IoT, ERP, or jewellery retail technology is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or related field
- Self-motivated and target-driven with ability to work independently
- Willingness to travel within South India for client meetings and demos
