Job Description

Role Overview RightDirect Growth Consulting is a leading digital delivery partner helping businesses transform through advisory and execution excellence. Since 2015, the company has partnered with over 30 clients across industries, delivering bespoke digital design and development solutions. We are looking for a driven and ambitious Sales Executive to join our Chennai team and contribute directly to business growth. Key Responsibilities - Generate quality leads through prospecting, cold outreach, and networking within the digital and tech ecosystem - Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and discovery calls to understand prospect needs - Work closely with the founding team to drive revenue targets and close new business deals - Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business - Stay updated on digital industry trends and market dynamics to position solutions effectively Required Qualifications - 1 to 2 years of experience in sales, preferably within a tech company or digital agency - Proven ability to meet and exceed revenue targets through end-to-end sales cycles - Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline - Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently Why Join Us At RightDirect, you will work alongside industry-recognized experts and be part of a team that delivers measurable client success through innovation and commitment. Requirements

- 1-2 years of experience in sales or business development - Experience in lead generation, prospecting, and deal closure - Strong communication and negotiation skills - Knowledge of digital industry trends and market landscape - Ability to build and maintain client relationships - Self-motivated and goal-oriented attitude - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field - Prior experience in IT or digital services is an advantage
