Role Overview Amsak Cranes Private Limited, a pioneer in material handling equipment manufacturing since 1978 with over 6,600 installations across India, is looking for a motivated Sales and Marketing Specialist to join their Chennai team. This is a full-time, on-site role suited for driven individuals who want to build a career in industrial sales. You will play a key role in expanding the company's client base and promoting its wide range of lifting and material handling solutions across various industries. Key Responsibilities - Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve business targets - Identify and approach potential clients across manufacturing, steel, cement, pharmaceutical, and related industries - Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with existing and new customers - Provide expert guidance to clients on suitable material handling and lifting solutions - Conduct product application training sessions for clients as required - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction - Track and meet monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline preferred - Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first approach - Prior experience or exposure to sales processes and client management is an advantage - Knowledge of material handling equipment or manufacturing industry is a plus - Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team - Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset Why Join Us Amsak Cranes is a well-established and respected name in the Indian industrial equipment space, offering you a stable platform to grow your sales career.
