Retail Manager - Exclusive Brand Outlets

Role Overview Hasbro Clothing Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Retail Manager to oversee operations across Exclusive Brand Outlets (EBO) for its flagship brand BASICS by HASBRO CLOTHING. This is a key leadership role focused on driving sales growth, delivering outstanding customer experiences, and building a motivated retail team. Key Responsibilities - Own store revenue performance and consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales targets - Track and optimise key retail metrics including footfall, conversion rates, average basket value, and customer loyalty scores - Lead upselling and cross-selling initiatives and execute in-store promotions and activations - Conduct daily performance reviews and implement data-backed corrective actions - Ensure seamless day-to-day store operations with strict adherence to company SOPs and audit requirements - Oversee billing, inventory management, and stock availability across outlets - Coordinate with Marketing, Visual Merchandising, and Supply Chain teams for smooth store operations - Lead, coach, and develop a team of store staff and Territory Managers - Drive ongoing training programs covering sales techniques, customer service, and product knowledge - Ensure every customer interaction reflects a premium and consistent brand experience - Handle customer escalations with empathy and efficiency - Prepare and analyse daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and present insights to leadership - Support budgeting, forecasting, and business planning processes Required Qualifications - Proven retail leadership experience with a strong track record of delivering measurable results - Data-driven approach with hands-on execution capability in a fast-paced retail environment - Excellent team management, coaching, and people development skills - Strong customer-first mindset with a genuine passion for retail excellence - Ability to multitask, prioritise, and adapt quickly in dynamic store environments - Familiarity with visual merchandising standards and inventory management practices Why Join Us This role offers a compelling opportunity to lead and shape a high-impact retail business within a growth-focused organisation.
