Reports Specialist

As a Reports Specialist based in Chennai, you will serve as a key point of contact for customers seeking clarity on their lab test results, playing a vital role in the operations team. Key Responsibilities - Explain lab test report parameters such as blood test values and scan results to customers and clients in a clear and understandable manner - Address and resolve customer doubts and queries related to diagnostic reports promptly and accurately - Collaborate with the operations team to ensure accurate health data is shared with customers in compliance with organisational standards - Provide actionable insights derived from reports to support better customer understanding and health decisions - Prepare and maintain clear, comprehensive documentation and written reports as required Required Qualifications - B.Sc. - B.Sc.
