Role Overview
Care Health Insurance is looking for a driven and experienced Relationship Manager to spearhead Group Medical Coverage and employee benefits sales in emerging market segments across Bengaluru. This is a field-facing B2B role that requires strong relationship-building skills and a deep understanding of corporate insurance products. You will serve as the key point of contact for clients while contributing directly to regional revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales of GMC and Group Term Life insurance products to meet premium and revenue targets in untapped regional and commercial segments
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners, HR managers, and senior executives to ensure client satisfaction and long-term retention
- Manage the end-to-end claims process by guiding clients through documentation and coordinating with Third-Party Administrators to ensure timely settlements
- Track competitor products, monitor regional market trends, and provide actionable intelligence on client attrition and industry benefit requirements
- Ensure all sales activities and business practices comply with IRDAI guidelines and internal risk management frameworks
Required Qualifications
- Graduate degree in any discipline
- 2 to 7 years of experience in B2B or enterprise sales, preferably in health or group insurance
- Hands-on knowledge of GMC and Group Term Life policies and employee benefits solutions
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and handle escalations professionally
- Familiarity with IRDAI regulations and standard insurance compliance practices

Requirements
