Relationship Manager - Bancassurance

Role Overview Care Health Insurance is hiring driven and customer-focused Relationship Managers for its Bancassurance vertical across Chennai and Bengaluru. In this role, you will act as the primary liaison between the insurance company and partner bank branches, driving health insurance sales through the bank's existing customer base while ensuring excellent service delivery and branch staff enablement. Key Responsibilities - Achieve and exceed insurance premium collection targets by cross-selling health insurance products to bank customers - Conduct regular product and compliance training sessions for bank branch employees to improve referral rates and product knowledge - Build and nurture strong working relationships with branch managers, bank staff, and key stakeholders to ensure a consistent pipeline of quality leads - Provide end-to-end post-sales support including policy issuance tracking, renewal follow-ups, and assistance with claims processing - Monitor branch-level performance and take proactive steps to address gaps in sales targets or customer satisfaction Required Qualifications - Any graduate degree from a recognised university - Prior experience in health insurance sales, bancassurance, or B2C field sales preferred - Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills - Ability to conduct staff training and influence decision-making at the branch level - Familiarity with insurance products, compliance norms, and retail sales processes Why Join Us Care Health Insurance is one of India's leading standalone health insurers with a strong brand presence and a supportive work culture.
