Job Description

Role Overview Thomson Reuters is seeking a Product Support Associate to join our Customer Service and Support Business Unit. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing technical support for our software, online, and electronic products. You will be responsible for maintaining a professional service experience while ensuring swift resolution of customer concerns in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities - Log and classify all customer calls and requests for assistance in the call tracking database - Respond to customer inquiries relating to technical issues with software, online, or electronic products - Filter and escalate inquiries appropriately based on complexity and requirements - Track inquiry resolution progress and proactively follow up with customers on status updates - Resolve queries on first contact whenever possible while maintaining excellent customer service standards - Deliver professional and courteous customer handling experience at all times Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree from any stream - Minimum 1 year of customer-facing experience in technical support or customer support role - International calling experience is mandatory - Excellent English proficiency in both written and verbal communication - Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Why Join Us Thomson Reuters is a global leader in trusted information and technology solutions. Requirements

- Bachelor's degree mandatory - 1-3 years of customer-facing technical support experience - International calling experience required - Excellent English communication skills written and verbal - Strong problem-solving and attention to detail - CRM or telephony tools experience preferred such as Salesforce or Genesys - Flexible to work 24/7 operations and rotational shifts - Valid government photo ID proof required at walk-in
