Job Description

Role Overview Worley is a global professional services company specialising in energy, chemicals, and resources, headquartered in Australia. As a Process Designer Level II, you will collaborate with a dynamic engineering team to deliver complex projects for clients across the oil and gas sector. This role offers an excellent opportunity to sharpen your technical expertise while contributing to sustainable and innovative energy solutions. Key Responsibilities - Prepare and update P&IDs using SmartPlant P&ID and AVEVA Diagrams - Develop Process Flow Diagrams, Utility Flow Diagrams, and related documentation - Incorporate process mark-ups and maintain consistency across all drawings - Generate engineering reports including Line Lists, Equipment Lists, Instrument Lists, and Piping Components Lists - Prepare Fire Protection Layouts, Fire Water Network Drawings, and Safety Signage and Equipment Layouts - Coordinate effectively with Process, Piping, and Instrumentation teams - Ensure compliance with project standards, client specifications, and quality requirements - Perform data validation and error checks within the P&ID database - Manage multiple concurrent projects with attention to detail and accuracy Required Qualifications - Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering - Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in oil and gas process design - Proficiency in SmartPlant P&ID, AVEVA P&ID, AVEVA Diagrams, AutoCAD, and MicroStation - Strong communication, coordination, and multi-tasking abilities - High attention to detail, especially for database-related tasks Why Join Us At Worley, you will be part of a values-driven, inclusive workplace that empowers people to grow, innovate, and contribute to the global transition toward low-carbon energy. Requirements

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering - Minimum 6 years of experience in oil and gas process design - Expertise in SmartPlant P&ID and AVEVA Diagrams - Proficiency in AutoCAD and MicroStation - Experience preparing P&IDs, PFDs, UFDs, and engineering lists - Knowledge of fire protection layouts and fire water network drawings - Strong coordination skills with cross-functional engineering teams - Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously - High attention to detail for database and drawing work
