Process Designer Level II

As a Process Designer Level II, you will collaborate with a dynamic engineering team to deliver complex projects for clients across the oil and gas sector. Key Responsibilities - Prepare and update P&IDs using SmartPlant P&ID and AVEVA Diagrams - Develop Process Flow Diagrams, Utility Flow Diagrams, and related documentation - Incorporate process mark-ups and maintain consistency across all drawings - Generate engineering reports including Line Lists, Equipment Lists, Instrument Lists, and Piping Components Lists - Prepare Fire Protection Layouts, Fire Water Network Drawings, and Safety Signage and Equipment Layouts - Coordinate effectively with Process, Piping, and Instrumentation teams - Ensure compliance with project standards, client specifications, and quality requirements - Perform data validation and error checks within the P&ID database - Manage multiple concurrent projects with attention to detail and accuracy Required Qualifications - Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering - Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in oil and gas process design - Proficiency in SmartPlant P&ID, AVEVA P&ID, AVEVA Diagrams, AutoCAD, and MicroStation - Strong communication, coordination, and multi-tasking abilities - High attention to detail, especially for database-related tasks Why Join Us At Worley, you will be part of a values-driven, inclusive workplace that empowers people to grow, innovate, and contribute to the global transition toward low-carbon energy. - Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering - Minimum 6 years of experience in oil and gas process design - Expertise in SmartPlant P&ID and AVEVA Diagrams - Proficiency in AutoCAD and MicroStation - Experience preparing P&IDs, PFDs, UFDs, and engineering lists - Knowledge of fire protection layouts and fire water network drawings - Strong coordination skills with cross-functional engineering teams - Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously - High attention to detail for database and drawing work
