Role Overview
IBM is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Process Associate to join its Healthcare Order Management team in Gurugram. This is a full-time, permanent voice-based role within IBM's Business Process Management division, ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals looking to build a strong foundation in customer support operations within the healthcare domain.
Key Responsibilities
As a Process Associate in the Healthcare Order Management vertical, you will serve as the first point of contact for customer interactions, managing inbound and outbound queries through voice calls and email follow-ups. You will be responsible for accurate order processing, timely resolution of customer concerns, and maintaining high standards of service quality in a fixed night shift environment. You will coordinate across teams to ensure seamless order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
This role requires a bachelor's degree (any discipline) with 0 to 1 year of relevant work experience. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are essential. Candidates must be comfortable working in fixed night shifts on a full-time basis. Preference will be given to candidates with a master's degree.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (mandatory)
Master's degree preferred but not mandatory
0 to 1 year of work experience in voice or customer support roles
Ability to handle customer queries effectively via phone calls and email
Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written
Willingness and availability to work in fixed night shifts
Familiarity with order management or healthcare support processes is an added advantage
