Process Associate - Order Management (Healthcare Voice)

You will coordinate end-to-end order management activities, maintain adherence to defined Service Level Agreements, and escalate potential risks or operational concerns to the appropriate teams. Accurate documentation, diligent email follow-ups, and consistent delivery within stipulated timelines will be central to your daily responsibilities. Required Qualifications Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in any discipline and possess up to one year of experience in a healthcare or related domain. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are essential, along with the ability to manage pressure and maintain performance consistency across shifting work schedules.
