IBM is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Process Associate to join its Healthcare Order Management team in Gurugram. This is a voice-based role ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals eager to build a career at the intersection of healthcare operations and customer service within a globally recognised technology organisation.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for healthcare-related order management queries, handling inbound and outbound voice interactions while ensuring timely resolution of customer inquiries. You will coordinate end-to-end order management activities, maintain adherence to defined Service Level Agreements, and escalate potential risks or operational concerns to the appropriate teams. Accurate documentation, diligent email follow-ups, and consistent delivery within stipulated timelines will be central to your daily responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in any discipline and possess up to one year of experience in a healthcare or related domain. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are essential, along with the ability to manage pressure and maintain performance consistency across shifting work schedules.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (mandatory); Master's degree preferred
0 to 1 year of experience in healthcare or a related operations domain
Ability to manage customer queries via voice calls and email follow-ups
Flexibility to work in rotational shifts as required by the business
Strong communication skills with fluency in English
Capacity to perform effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
Proficiency in MS Office applications (preferred)
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and the ability to meet targets
