Process Associate - Attendance and Workforce Operations

Role Overview Harmony United Medsolutions Pvt. Ltd. (HUMS) is a leading healthcare management company providing end-to-end medical billing, accounts receivable management, and operational support services to Harmony United Psychiatric Care, a US-based healthcare organisation. We are looking for a detail-oriented Process Associate to manage employee attendance systems, workforce compliance, and daily operational support. Key Responsibilities - Track and record daily employee attendance including punctuality, absences, and late arrivals - Generate and share daily, weekly, and monthly attendance reports with HR and management - Monitor CCTV systems to maintain workplace safety and report any security concerns promptly - Maintain accurate logs of surveillance recordings and access control data - Track employee login and logout times on a shift-wise basis and identify discrepancies - Coordinate with HR for attendance corrections and approvals - Manage alarm system codes, access permissions, and update access lists as per company policy - Support HR and Operations teams with attendance-related queries and onboarding access setup - Prepare and maintain organised operational records for audits and internal compliance reviews - Coordinate with HR, IT, and Security teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in any discipline - 1 to 3 years of experience in process operations, attendance management, administration, or coordination - Prior experience with attendance systems, reporting tools, or monitoring software is an added advantage - Basic understanding of workplace compliance and operational procedures - Strong organisational, documentation, and communication skills - High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information responsibly Why Join Us At HUMS, we champion diversity, equality, and inclusion while offering a structured four-day work week along with competitive compensation and clear pathways for career growth.
