Medical Biller - US Healthcare

Role Overview Harmony United Medsolutions Pvt. Ltd. (HUMS) is a well-established Healthcare Management company with over 9 years of expertise in US Medical Billing and Revenue Cycle Management. We are hiring a detail-oriented Medical Biller with hands-on experience in CMS 1500 forms, insurance claims processing, and accounts receivable management to support our US-based client, Harmony United Psychiatric Care. This is a work-from-office, night shift role based out of Hyderabad operating on a convenient 4-day work week from Monday to Thursday. Key Responsibilities - Prepare and submit insurance claims accurately using CMS 1500 forms - Perform online claim submissions to various insurance companies and verify billing data for completeness - Post payments and manage the Accounts Receivable cycle efficiently - Follow up on unpaid, pending, and denied claims to ensure timely resolution - Identify billing discrepancies, correct errors, and obtain any missing information - Ensure all billing operations are fully compliant with HIPAA regulations - Verify patient insurance details and process necessary billing corrections - Maintain detailed billing records and stay updated on payer-specific rules Required Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree is mandatory - Minimum 3 years of experience in US Medical Billing or AR Calling - Strong working knowledge of CMS 1500 forms, insurance claims submission, payment posting, AR follow-up, and denial management - Hands-on experience with medical billing software - Solid understanding of HIPAA compliance guidelines - CPC or CBCS certification is an added advantage - Good communication, analytical, and organisational skills Why Join Us At HUMS, we offer a structured growth environment with a unique 4-day work week, competitive compensation, and strong professional development support.
