Medical Biller - US Healthcare

Role Overview Harmony United Medsolutions Pvt. Ltd. (HUMS) is a well-established Healthcare Management company with over 9 years of expertise in US Medical Billing and Revenue Cycle Management. We are hiring a skilled Medical Biller with hands-on experience in CMS 1500 claim submission, AR management, and denial resolution to support our US-based psychiatric care client. This is a work-from-office night shift role based in Hyderabad with an attractive 4-day work week from Monday to Thursday. Key Responsibilities - Prepare and submit insurance claims accurately using CMS 1500 forms - Perform online claim submissions to insurance carriers and verify billing data for completeness - Post payments and manage Accounts Receivable including follow-up on unpaid and denied claims - Identify billing errors, obtain missing information, and process corrections as needed - Ensure all billing operations remain fully compliant with HIPAA regulations - Maintain detailed and accurate billing records and documentation - Understand payer-specific rules and handle denial management effectively Required Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (mandatory) - Minimum 3 years of experience in US Medical Billing - Strong working knowledge of CMS 1500 forms, insurance claims submission, payment posting, AR follow-up, and denial management - Hands-on experience with medical billing software - Solid understanding of HIPAA compliance guidelines - CPC or CBCS certification is an added advantage - Good communication and organisational skills Why Join Us HUMS offers a competitive compensation package along with a unique 4-day work week, cab drop facility, food facility, health insurance, and strong career growth support.
