Performance and Strategy Specialist

The Performance and Strategy Specialist plays a pivotal role within the Biopharma Department, focusing on operational excellence, strategic planning, and continuous improvement across all clinical programs. Key Responsibilities - Track and measure KPIs to evaluate the performance of vaccine units and clinical programs - Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify operational bottlenecks, enrollment gaps, and milestone adherence issues - Develop and implement data-driven recommendations to improve process efficiency and productivity - Prepare regular analytical and progress reports highlighting achievements, challenges, and strategic recommendations - Support internal project evaluations by analyzing milestones, identifying risks, and facilitating resolution discussions - Build and maintain relationships with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment between execution and performance outcomes - Communicate project status, risk indicators, and insights clearly to stakeholders at all levels - Proactively address issues that may impact trial timelines, quality, or deliverables using predictive analytics - Support the development, standardization, and automation of operational processes and tools - Contribute to the Business Continuity and Operational Resilience framework through data-supported risk assessment and recovery planning Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline - Minimum 2 years of experience in project management using methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall - Hands-on experience with data analysis tools including Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or Python - Strong ability to analyze complex datasets and derive independent, actionable decisions - Excellent oral and written communication skills with experience presenting to diverse stakeholder groups - Proven ability to make sound decisions under pressure with incomplete information - Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and conflict resolution capabilities - Experience leading or collaborating with global and cross-functional teams - Solid understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning Why Join Us At Emmes Group, your work directly contributes to the advancement of life-changing medical research and has a tangible impact on patients' lives.
