Payment Consultant

Role Overview Infosys is looking for a Payment Consultant to join its consulting division in Bengaluru. In this role, you will work closely with clients to identify challenges, design tailored solutions, and support end-to-end deployment of payment systems including SWIFT, SEPA, and Target2 frameworks. You will be an integral part of a high-performing team focused on delivering meaningful digital transformation outcomes for banking and finance clients. Key Responsibilities - Diagnose client pain points and design innovative solutions within the payments and treasury domain - Own specific sections of proposal documents and contribute to solution design based on domain expertise - Plan and execute product configuration activities, conduct conference room pilots, and resolve requirement-related queries - Organise and deliver solution demonstrations, proof-of-concept workshops, and proof-of-technology sessions - Prepare effort and cost estimates aligned with client budgets and organisational financial guidelines - Lead small-scale projects independently and contribute to unit-level and company-wide improvement initiatives - Assess existing client processes, identify gaps, and recommend suitable technology solutions Required Qualifications - Hands-on knowledge of Finacle Treasury, Core Payments, and SWIFT-based payment systems - Understanding of confirmation and payment systems such as SWIFT, Target2, and SEPA - Familiarity with software configuration management tools and practices - Awareness of emerging technologies and current trends in the fintech and banking industry - Strong logical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities - Good understanding of financial processes across various project types and pricing models - Client-facing communication skills and ability to manage projects and teams effectively Why Join Us Infosys offers a dynamic environment where you can grow your consulting skills while working on impactful banking and payments transformation projects.
