Payment Consultant

Role Overview Infosys is looking for a Payment Consultant to join its dynamic consulting team in Bengaluru. In this role, you will work closely with clients to identify core challenges, design effective solutions, and support end-to-end deployment of payment and treasury systems. You will be an integral part of a team that drives digital transformation journeys for leading financial institutions across the globe. Key Responsibilities - Diagnose client problem areas and design innovative solutions related to payment systems including SWIFT, Target2, and SEPA - Develop and contribute to proposal documents by providing inputs on solution design based on domain expertise - Plan and execute product configuration activities, conduct conference room pilots, and resolve queries related to requirements and solution design - Conduct solution and product demonstrations, Proof of Concept workshops, and prepare effort estimates aligned with client budgets and organizational guidelines - Actively lead small-scale projects and contribute to unit-level and organizational improvement initiatives - Assess existing client processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend suitable technology solutions Required Qualifications - Hands-on knowledge of Finacle Treasury, Core Payments, and SWIFT integration - Familiarity with software configuration management systems - Understanding of financial processes across various project types and pricing models - Strong logical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and collaborative mindset - Good awareness of emerging technologies and current industry trends - Client-facing communication skills and basic project and team management capabilities - Knowledge of one or two industry domains relevant to banking and payments Why Join Us Infosys offers a stimulating environment where you can grow your consulting skills while working on cutting-edge financial technology solutions for global clients.
