Rapid Acceleration Partners (RAP) is a global AI and digital transformation consulting firm known for innovative platforms like RAPFlow and RAPBot. We are looking for a driven and disciplined Outbound Growth Associate to join our B2B sales team in Chennai. This entry-level, full-time role offers freshers a structured pathway into the world of outbound business development within a high-growth AI and automation company.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective B2B clients on a daily basis
- Send structured follow-up emails using pre-approved templates and outreach sequences
- Reach out to prospects on LinkedIn through connection requests and message follow-ups
- Leave clear, professional voicemails as part of a multi-touchpoint outreach strategy
- Accurately track and maintain all outreach activity records in the CRM
- Keep prospect data clean, organised, and up to date at all times
- Follow up consistently across multiple channels until a response is obtained
Required Qualifications
- Fresher or early-career professional with interest in B2B business development
- Strong spoken and written English communication skills
- Self-disciplined with the ability to manage daily tasks independently
- Comfortable with structured, repetitive outreach processes
- Professional and composed when handling rejection or non-responses
- Basic proficiency in digital tools including email, spreadsheets, and CRM platforms
- Openness to leveraging AI tools for improved productivity
- Willingness to commit to the role for a minimum of one year
