Operations Manager

Role Overview Global Remote Integrated Access Solutions is seeking a skilled and driven Operations Manager to join their Chennai-based team. Founded in 2007, the company delivers specialized services to clients in the energy, civil, marine, and geotechnical sectors across India, the Middle East, West Africa, and Asia. This is a full-time, on-site role offering the opportunity to lead complex multi-site operations for a globally recognised IRATA-approved organisation. Key Responsibilities - Oversee day-to-day operations, resource planning, and service delivery across multiple projects and locations - Coordinate field teams and rope access personnel while ensuring compliance with IRATA standards and company safety procedures - Monitor project timelines, budgets, and key performance indicators to ensure targets are met - Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders to manage expectations and resolve operational issues - Prepare operational reports and support bid and proposal development activities - Manage vendor and subcontractor relationships, overseeing logistics and personnel mobilization - Drive continuous process improvements and support training and talent development for operational staff Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or a related discipline - Proven experience in operations management including project coordination, resource allocation, and performance monitoring - Background in industrial services, energy, civil, marine, or geotechnical sectors; exposure to rope access or IRATA environments is highly advantageous - Proficiency in planning, scheduling, and logistics management for multi-site or international operations - Demonstrated ability to implement and maintain health, safety, quality, and compliance standards - Strong stakeholder management, client communication, and negotiation skills - Effective written and verbal communication in English; knowledge of regional languages is an added advantage - Relevant professional certifications are a plus Why Join Us Global Remote Integrated Access Solutions offers a dynamic work environment with an expanding international footprint and a strong focus on safety, technical excellence, and professional growth.
