Role Overview Access Healthcare is looking for detail-oriented and experienced Non Voice Process Executives to join our growing Medical Records and Health Information Management team in Hyderabad. This is a full-time, permanent night shift opportunity for professionals with hands-on experience in Medical Records Retrieval (MRR) and Release of Information (ROI) within the US healthcare domain. The role is based out of our Hyderabad office with two-way cab facility provided. Key Responsibilities In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and validating authorization forms to confirm legal compliance before any disclosure of protected health information. You will retrieve medical records from a variety of sources including Electronic Medical Records (EMR), Electronic Health Records (EHR), paper-based charts, and legacy systems. Accurate disclosure of PHI based on the nature of the request — whether from patients, attorneys, insurance companies, government bodies, or auditors — will be a core part of your daily function. You will apply appropriate redactions as required, maintain strict data confidentiality and security standards, and consistently meet established productivity targets, turnaround times, and quality benchmarks. You will also be expected to communicate professionally with internal stakeholders, healthcare providers, payers, and legal representatives, maintain thorough documentation and audit trails, and assist in quality audits while resolving any identified errors or discrepancies. Required Qualifications A minimum of one year of hands-on experience in ROI (Release of Information) and MRR (Medical Records Retrieval) is mandatory. Candidates must have a solid understanding of HIPAA regulations and PHI disclosure protocols. Proficiency with EMR and EHR platforms, along with good typing speed and accuracy, is essential. Strong written and verbal communication skills are required to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams. Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in Medical Records Retrieval (MRR) and Release of Information (ROI) Working knowledge of HIPAA compliance and PHI disclosure guidelines Experience navigating EMR and EHR systems as well as paper-based and legacy record systems Ability to review and validate authorization forms for legal accuracy Skilled in applying appropriate redactions to sensitive health information Good typing speed and accuracy for non-voice data processing tasks Strong professional communication skills for coordination with internal and external stakeholders Ability to maintain documentation and audit trails in compliance with regulatory requirements Capability to consistently meet productivity, quality, and turnaround time benchmarks Any graduate degree is acceptable
