AR Caller - Accounts Receivable Calling (US Healthcare)

Role Overview Access Healthcare is looking for experienced AR Callers to join its growing Revenue Cycle Management team in Chennai. In this role, you will be responsible for following up with US-based insurance companies to ensure timely and accurate processing of medical claims. You will play a key role in minimising outstanding receivables and supporting the financial health of healthcare providers. Key Responsibilities - Follow up with insurance payers on unpaid, underpaid, and denied medical claims - Analyse Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) and payer responses to determine next steps - Submit claim corrections, reconsiderations, and formal appeals as required - Identify and document root causes of denials and underpayments for process improvement - Work with CMS 1500 and UB04 claim formats along with eligibility verification - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in billing and claims management systems - Consistently meet productivity benchmarks and aging reduction targets Required Qualifications - Minimum 6 months to 5 years of hands-on experience in AR Calling or medical billing - Practical knowledge of denial management using CMS 1500, UB04, and EV formats - Familiarity with US healthcare payers, insurance processes, and revenue cycle workflows - Willingness to work in the US shift (night shift) - Immediate or early joiners strongly preferred - Graduation is not mandatory Why Join Us Access Healthcare offers a competitive salary package along with fixed weekend offs on Saturday and Sunday and a two-way cab facility, making it one of the most employee-friendly workplaces in the healthcare BPO sector.
