AR Caller - Accounts Receivable Specialist

Role Overview Access Healthcare is actively hiring AR Callers to join its growing revenue cycle management team in Chennai. Key Responsibilities - Make outbound calls to US-based insurance companies to follow up on pending and unpaid medical claims - Verify claim status, identify reasons for denials, and initiate appropriate appeals or corrections - Authorize or deny claims based on eligibility verification and insurance coverage guidelines - Resolve billing discrepancies, coding errors, and underpayments in a timely and accurate manner - Maintain thorough and up-to-date records of all interactions and resolutions using CRM software - Coordinate with internal billing teams, providers, and patients to address complex AR issues - Work on CMS 1500 and UB04 claim forms and handle eligibility verification processes Required Qualifications - 1 to 6 years of experience in AR calling or revenue cycle management - Hands-on knowledge of denial management, CMS 1500, UB04, and eligibility verification - Familiarity with US healthcare billing processes and insurance payer guidelines - Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with diverse stakeholders - Ability to multitask and manage high call volumes while maintaining accuracy - Willingness to work in US shift timings - Graduation is not mandatory Why Join Us Access Healthcare offers a competitive salary package, fixed Saturday and Sunday off, and a two-way cab facility, making it a great workplace for AR professionals looking for stability and growth.
