Non Voice Process Executive and Senior Executive

Role Overview Hexaware Technologies is looking for motivated individuals to join their domestic non-voice process team as Executives and Senior Executives. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity based out of their Chennai office, suited for candidates with strong written communication skills who are comfortable working in a chat and email support environment. Key Responsibilities - Handle customer queries through chat and email channels as part of the domestic non-voice support team - Ensure clear, accurate, and professional written communication with customers at all times - Meet quality and productivity benchmarks set by the operations and client teams - Coordinate with team leads and operations staff to resolve escalated issues efficiently - Maintain records of interactions and follow standard operating procedures for query resolution Required Qualifications - Any graduate degree is acceptable; candidates with active arrears will not be considered - Strong written and verbal communication skills including good grammar, sentence construction, and pronunciation - Freshers with excellent communication are welcome to apply - Prior experience in email or chat support is an advantage for experienced candidates - Must be an immediate joiner with no extended notice period - Willingness to work a 5-day week on a 24/7 rotational shift with 2 rotational days off Why Join Us Hexaware Technologies is a globally recognised IT services company offering a stable and growth-oriented work environment.
