National Head - Employee Transportation

Role Overview ConsultTrans Technology Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and experienced National Head to lead its Employee Transportation vertical across India. This is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing national-level commute operations for multiple enterprise clients, ensuring safe, cost-effective, and efficient mobility solutions. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in transport operations, a data-driven mindset, and strong stakeholder management abilities. Key Responsibilities - Lead and manage employee transportation programs for enterprise clients across all India locations in alignment with contractual obligations and service-level agreements - Design and implement scalable operating models, standard operating procedures, and governance frameworks for commute operations - Drive route planning, fleet management, and vendor coordination to optimize performance and reduce costs - Manage, mentor, and guide regional and city-level operations teams across a distributed structure - Collaborate with technology, vendor management, and customer success teams to ensure seamless service delivery - Monitor operational performance using data dashboards and analytics tools, driving continuous improvement initiatives - Ensure full compliance with safety, regulatory, and statutory requirements related to employee transportation - Support new client onboarding, transitions, and solution design to contribute to business development efforts - Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders and service providers Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Logistics, Engineering, or a related discipline; MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is preferred - Proven track record in transport operations, logistics, or employee transportation including fleet and route management - Strong leadership experience managing large, geographically distributed operations teams - Proficiency in using data and analytics for decision-making, performance tracking, and cost optimization - Hands-on familiarity with SaaS-based transport management platforms, dashboards, and reporting tools - Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills for engaging senior leaders and vendors - Prior exposure to IT, ITeS, BPO, BFSI, facility management, or large corporate enterprise environments is highly preferred - Solid understanding of compliance, safety standards, and regulatory frameworks applicable to corporate mobility Why Join Us ConsultTrans is India's only dedicated consulting firm in the employee transportation space, offering a rare opportunity to shape national mobility strategy for leading enterprises.
