MIS Analyst

Role Overview We are actively seeking a skilled MIS Analyst to join our operations team in Delhi. This role is central to driving data-driven decision-making by building robust reporting systems and analytical frameworks on top of an SAP-based technology stack. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of business intelligence tools and a passion for improving operational efficiency through meaningful insights. Key Responsibilities - Design and implement advanced reporting and analytical techniques using SAP BI, BW, BOBJ, SQL, Oracle, and MS Access to support high-performing operations - Generate accurate and timely reports covering key performance metrics, service levels, and other critical operational data - Leverage business intelligence tools and deep industry knowledge to identify problem areas and document detailed business requirements - Evaluate and recommend operational and technological improvements to enhance overall efficiency - Collaborate with the IT team to resolve system issues and streamline operational workflows - Establish, document, and maintain standard operating procedures to ensure consistency - Communicate and implement strategic direction aligned with business objectives to improve customer experiences across regulated and competitive markets - Conduct benchmarking exercises and monitor customer satisfaction metrics to drive continuous improvement - Lead the development of enhanced service level metrics for Customer Operations functions - Build reporting and data analytics frameworks to support effective oversight of in-house and outsourced customer operations - Produce compliance reports that meet internal policies and external regulatory requirements - Coordinate and manage multiple projects assigned by senior management, providing expert input on Customer Operations matters - Build and maintain effective relationships with all internal and external stakeholder groups Required Qualifications - Proven experience as an MIS Analyst or in a similar data and reporting role - Hands-on expertise with SAP tools including BI, BW, and BOBJ - Strong working knowledge of SQL, Oracle, and MS Access - Solid understanding of operational metrics, service levels, and customer satisfaction frameworks - Experience in compliance reporting and regulatory documentation - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Why Join Us This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic, data-centric environment where your analytical skills will directly influence strategic business decisions.
