MIS Analyst

Role Overview We are looking for a skilled MIS Analyst to join our operations team in Delhi. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining robust reporting frameworks built on SAP-based solutions to drive informed business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and senior management to ensure data accuracy, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities - Develop and implement reporting and analytical techniques using SAP tools including BI, BW, BOBJ, SQL, Oracle, and MS Access - Generate accurate and timely reports covering key performance metrics, service levels, and operational data - Identify problem areas using advanced business tools and document detailed business requirements - Recommend operational and technological improvements to enhance overall efficiency - Collaborate with the Information Technology team to resolve system issues and streamline operations - Establish and maintain standardised work procedures aligned with business objectives - Lead development of improved service level metrics for Customer Operations functions - Produce compliance reports that meet internal policies and external regulatory requirements - Coordinate and manage multiple projects assigned by senior management - Maintain effective relationships with all internal and external stakeholder groups Required Qualifications - Proven experience in MIS reporting and data analytics - Strong working knowledge of SAP BI, BW, BOBJ, SQL, Oracle, and MS Access - Ability to interpret complex data and translate findings into actionable insights - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - Experience in customer operations reporting and benchmarking - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Why Join Us This is an excellent opportunity to work with a high-performing operations team and make a meaningful impact through data-driven decision making.
