MIS Analyst

Role Overview Scoutit is seeking a skilled MIS Analyst to join its India operations team in Noida. This role is central to building a data-driven reporting culture by delivering accurate, timely, and insightful operational reports using enterprise tools such as SAP BI, BW, BOBJ, SQL, Oracle, and MS Access. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical thinking with business acumen to drive operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities - Design and implement reporting frameworks and analytical techniques to support high-performing operations teams across multiple reporting platforms - Monitor and generate critical KPIs, service level metrics, and operational reports with accuracy and within defined timelines - Leverage business intelligence tools and industry expertise to identify problem areas and document detailed business requirements - Evaluate and recommend operational and technological improvements to enhance team efficiency - Collaborate with the IT group to troubleshoot issues and drive process improvements - Establish and maintain standardised work procedures aligned with strategic business objectives - Develop and lead service level metrics specifically for Customer Operations functions - Produce compliance reports in line with internal policies and external regulatory requirements - Coordinate and manage multiple projects assigned by senior leadership, contributing operational insights and recommendations - Build and maintain effective relationships with cross-functional stakeholder groups through regular communication and collaboration Required Qualifications - Proven experience in MIS reporting, data analytics, or a related operations support role - Hands-on proficiency with SAP BI, BW, BOBJ, SQL, Oracle, and MS Access - Strong understanding of KPIs, service level agreements, and customer operations metrics - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results under tight deadlines - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - Experience in producing compliance and regulatory reports is an advantage Why Join Us This is a great opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, analytically driven operations environment where your work directly impacts customer experience and business outcomes.
