MIS Analyst

Role Overview We are seeking a skilled MIS Analyst to join our operations team in the Greater Delhi region. The ideal candidate will leverage advanced reporting tools and data analytics to support high-performing operations and drive strategic business outcomes. This role is central to ensuring that performance metrics, compliance reports, and customer operations insights are delivered accurately and on time. Key Responsibilities - Develop and implement reporting and analytical frameworks using SAP-based tools including BI, BW, BOBJ, SQL, Oracle, and MS Access - Generate accurate and timely reports covering key performance indicators, service levels, and operational metrics - Identify problem areas using business tools and advanced industry knowledge, and document corresponding business requirements - Recommend operational and technological improvements to enhance efficiency across teams - Collaborate with the Information Technology group to resolve system issues and streamline operational processes - Establish and maintain effective work procedures aligned with strategic business objectives - Lead the development of improved service level metrics for Customer Operations functions - Produce compliance reports that meet internal policies as well as external regulatory requirements - Coordinate and manage multiple projects assigned by senior management while providing relevant input on customer operations matters - Maintain strong working relationships with all internal and external stakeholder groups Required Qualifications - Proven experience in MIS reporting, data analytics, or a related operations role - Hands-on proficiency with SAP tools such as BI, BW, and BOBJ along with SQL, Oracle, and MS Access - Strong understanding of customer operations, service level metrics, and compliance reporting - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment - Experience working in both regulated and competitive market environments is an advantage Why Join Us This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment where your analytical skills will directly influence operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
