Medical Representative

Role Overview Cadila Pharmaceuticals is looking for motivated and goal-driven Medical Representatives to join their field sales team across Agra, Delhi NCR, and Jammu. This is a full-time, permanent role suited for candidates with a background in pharma marketing who are passionate about building strong relationships with healthcare professionals and delivering consistent territory results. You will be responsible for promoting the company's pharmaceutical products and ensuring sales targets are met within your assigned territory. Key Responsibilities - Promote company products effectively to achieve territory-level sales budgets set by management - Implement market and business strategies as directed by senior management - Achieve a doctor call average of 10+1 per day and maintain MCR coverage of 95 percent or above - Conduct a minimum of 5 chemist calls per day and manage personal order bookings to meet Rx demand - Manage stockists and C&F partners to ensure consistent product availability across the territory - Identify potential markets and new customers within your territory - Provide timely feedback on company and competitor products to the Product Management team - Organise and participate in symposiums, seminars, and doctor group meetings - Attend all Cycle Briefing Meets and other company-called meetings - Submit daily work plans and call reports accurately through the PHYZII reporting tool - Submit expense statements on time and meet YPM targets consistently Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharma) or Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in any specialisation - 0 to 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or marketing - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Working knowledge of territory sales management and pharma marketing practices Why Join Us Cadila Pharmaceuticals is one of India's most respected pharmaceutical companies offering a stable and growth-oriented career path for medical representatives.
