Field Officer - Medical Representative

Key Responsibilities - Promote and detail Cadila Pharmaceuticals products to doctors, hospitals, and healthcare professionals in the assigned territory - Build and maintain strong working relationships with medical practitioners and pharmacy outlets - Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the regional manager - Conduct regular field visits and maintain accurate call records and daily reports - Gather market intelligence and share competitor activity updates with the reporting manager - Participate in product training sessions and apply learnings in the field effectively Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm), Master's degree in Pharmacy (M.Pharm), B.Sc, or M.Sc in any science specialisation - Freshers are eligible to apply; no prior work experience required - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a willingness to travel within the assigned region - Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to build a career in pharma sales - Basic knowledge of MS Excel and familiarity with field reporting tools is an advantage Why Join Us Cadila Pharmaceuticals offers a structured growth path with a starting CTC of 3 LPA and a guaranteed increment of Rs 50,000 every 6 months for the first 24 months, in addition to allowances and performance-based incentives.
