Marketing Automation Specialist

Role Overview Haworth is seeking a skilled Marketing Automation Specialist to plan, execute, and optimise automated marketing campaigns across international markets. This role is central to driving personalised, scalable email marketing initiatives that support lead generation, customer engagement, and long-term retention. You will work in alignment with regional business goals while ensuring compliance with data privacy and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities - Design, build, test, and optimise automated email workflows using leading marketing automation platforms - Develop segmented email campaigns targeting diverse customer profiles at various stages of the marketing funnel - Monitor and analyse key email performance metrics including open rates, click-through rates, and conversions, and implement continuous improvements - Manage and optimise CRM systems and marketing automation tools, including integrations with third-party applications - Ensure data accuracy, contact segmentation, lead scoring, and database hygiene are consistently maintained - Build and manage lead nurturing programmes and automated customer journey workflows - Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance, translating insights into actionable recommendations for stakeholders - Conduct A/B testing on email content, subject lines, templates, and sending strategies to maximise results - Collaborate with content, design, sales, and digital teams to align campaigns with overall business objectives - Work alongside international marketing teams to adapt automation strategies to regional requirements and compliance standards - Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in digital and automated marketing Required Qualifications - Minimum three years of hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms - Proven track record of planning and executing high-performing email marketing and automation campaigns - Strong understanding of CRM and email marketing best practices including segmentation, personalisation, and lead nurturing - Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data insights into performance improvements - Fluency in English, both written and spoken, with strong cross-functional communication skills - Solid organisational and project management abilities with high attention to detail Why Join Us Haworth is one of the world's largest office furniture manufacturers, operating across more than 150 countries and committed to creating workspaces that inspire people.
