Lead I - Enterprise Solutions Rockwell PharmaSuite MES SME

Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Rockwell PharmaSuite MES Subject Matter Expert to support installation, configuration, customization, and integration of the Rockwell PharmaSuite MES platform in pharmaceutical manufacturing environments. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in MES application installation, system configuration, Java-based configuration and customization, and integration with enterprise and shop floor systems. This role requires deep understanding of manufacturing operations, system connectivity, and technical solution delivery in regulated manufacturing environments. Key Responsibilities - Install and deploy Rockwell PharmaSuite MES application across development, test, and production environments with initial setup and environment configuration support - Configure MES objects including materials, equipment, resources, workflows, recipes, users, roles, and master data based on business and manufacturing requirements - Design, support, and troubleshoot interfaces between PharmaSuite MES and other systems including ERP, Level 2 automation systems, weighing scales, and LIMS platforms - Perform unit testing, support system integration testing, user acceptance testing, and deployment activities with incident investigation and root cause analysis Required Qualifications - Strong hands-on experience with Rockwell PharmaSuite MES installation, setup, and configuration - Proven experience in Java-based configuration, customization, or technical development within MES or related manufacturing systems - Experience in system integration with ERP systems such as SAP, Level 2 automation systems, weighing scales, and LIMS - Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with good communication and stakeholder management abilities - Experience working in pharmaceutical, life sciences, or other regulated manufacturing environments Why Join Us Join UST to work on cutting-edge MES solutions in the pharmaceutical manufacturing sector with exposure to global implementations and multi-site deployment programs.
