Lead Engineer - End User Computing (EUC)

Role Overview Presidio is seeking an experienced Lead Engineer specialising in End User Computing (EUC) to join their growing team in Chennai. In this role, you will be responsible for driving delivery of AWS, VMware, and Citrix solutions for enterprise customers. You will serve as a client advocate, post-sales expert, and technical documentation contributor across complex EUC environments. Key Responsibilities - Architect and deploy AWS AppStream, Workspaces Core with Citrix, and Omnissa Horizon VDI environments including Instant Clones, RDSH, App Volumes, Dynamic Environment Manager, TrueSSO, and Workspace ONE Access - Implement and optimise Workspace ONE UEM for device management, application delivery, and compliance enforcement - Integrate Omnissa solutions for identity and access management within zero-trust security frameworks - Maintain and troubleshoot Horizon infrastructure components including Connection Servers, Unified Access Gateways, and App Volumes Managers - Manage Workspace ONE enrollment, profiles, compliance policies, and application lifecycle management - Apply security best practices for VDI and mobile endpoints while monitoring regulatory compliance - Conduct capacity planning and performance tuning for Horizon and Workspace ONE environments - Provide Tier 3 technical support and implement proactive monitoring and alerting solutions - Collaborate with networking, security, and application teams to ensure seamlessly integrated solutions - Mentor and guide junior engineers, demonstrating strong leadership across cross-functional global delivery teams Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline or equivalent practical experience - 7 to 10 years of hands-on experience in End User Computing solutions - Strong expertise with Citrix, AWS Workspaces Core, and AppStream environments - Proficiency in Omnissa Horizon VDI, App Volumes, and Dynamic Environment Manager - Working knowledge of Workspace ONE UEM and Workspace ONE Access - Solid understanding of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, SSL certificates, load balancing, and firewall rules - Knowledge of zero-trust principles, MFA, and conditional access frameworks - VMware VCP-DTM, VMware Horizon Specialist, or Omnissa certifications preferred Why Join Us At Presidio, you will be part of a culture built on innovation, collaboration, and real-world impact where trailblazers shape the future of digital transformation.
