Job Description

Role Overview Swaaadle Lights, a fast-growing innovator in the renewable energy space, is hiring a Key Account Sales Executive to drive channel sales for its solar outdoor lighting product line. This is an exciting opportunity for ambitious sales professionals with up to 2 years of experience who are passionate about clean energy and eager to build meaningful business relationships. Freshers with strong communication skills and a results-driven attitude are also encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities - Identify, pitch to, and onboard new dealers, distributors, and B2B channel partners for solar outdoor lighting products - Manage and strengthen relationships with existing key accounts and distribution partners to ensure consistent revenue flow - Execute targeted sales strategies to capture market share across retail and commercial segments - Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive lead generation and channel development - Deliver compelling product presentations covering LED efficiency, battery performance, panel capacity, and ROI benefits - Monitor competitor activity, pricing trends, and market developments and report insights to leadership Required Qualifications - Up to 2 years of experience in B2B sales, corporate sales, or channel management; prior dealer and distributor network experience is preferred - Fluency in English, Tamil, and Hindi is mandatory for engaging diverse clients across regions - Graduate degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline - Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities with a self-driven, target-oriented approach Why Join Us Swaaadle Lights offers a competitive fixed salary paired with a high-reward performance incentive structure and the chance to work alongside senior leadership in one of India's most exciting green tech growth stories.

Requirements

- Up to 2 years of experience in B2B or channel sales - Fluency in English, Tamil, and Hindi - Graduate in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field - Strong negotiation and relationship management skills - Target-oriented mindset with ability to work independently - Prior dealer and distributor network experience preferred
