Role Overview
Movate Technologies (formerly CSS Corp) is hiring for International Voice Process roles at its Ambattur - Ambit IT Park facility in Chennai. We are looking for motivated individuals to join our Technical Support and Customer Support teams on a full-time, night shift basis. Immediate joiners and candidates with short notice periods are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound technical support calls and respond promptly and professionally to customer queries
- Provide first-call resolution with a focus on customer satisfaction and success
- Guide customers through system installation, usage, and troubleshooting steps
- Make outbound calls to existing customers to proactively resolve pending issues
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with customers by understanding and addressing their needs
- Leverage prior call centre experience to deliver consistent and high-quality support
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of experience in a technical voice or call centre process
- Educational qualification of 12th Pass or any Bachelor's Degree
- Strong communication skills in English for international voice interaction
- Willingness to work night shifts
- Immediate joiner or maximum 30-day notice period preferred
- Retail experience is an added advantage for the Customer Support role
