Role Overview
Movate Technologies, formerly known as CSS Corp, is hiring for International Voice Process roles at their Ambattur (Ambit IT Park) facility in Chennai. We are looking for motivated individuals to join our Technical Support and Customer Support teams on a night shift basis. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with call centre experience who want to build a long-term career with a globally recognised technology services company.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound technical support queries from international customers promptly and professionally
- Deliver first call resolution by diagnosing and troubleshooting customer issues effectively
- Guide customers through product installation, system usage, and step-by-step troubleshooting processes
- Make outbound calls to existing customers when required to follow up on unresolved concerns
- Build strong and trusting relationships with customers by understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction
- Apply strong problem-solving skills to address and resolve customer complaints within defined timelines
Required Qualifications
- Minimum educational qualification of 12th Pass or any Bachelor's Degree
- At least 6 months of experience in a voice-based call centre or technical support role
- Strong verbal communication skills in English with a customer-first approach
- Ability to join immediately or within 15 to 30 days
- Prior retail experience will be considered an added advantage for Customer Support roles

Requirements
