International Voice Process Executive - US Healthcare AR Caller

Role Overview Access Healthcare is actively seeking motivated and articulate individuals to join our growing US Healthcare Voice Process team at our Chennai Ambattur IE facility. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound B2B voice interactions for US-based healthcare clients as part of the Accounts Receivable (AR) calling process. Communicate effectively with insurance companies and healthcare stakeholders to resolve claims and billing queries. Maintain accurate records of all interactions and follow defined process workflows. Meet quality and productivity benchmarks set by the team. Required Qualifications Strong spoken English with clear pronunciation and grammatically accurate communication is essential. Candidates must be willing to work a fixed night shift aligned with US business hours. Freshers are welcome to apply; candidates with up to three years of experience in any domain are also eligible. Must be available to work from the office in Chennai Ambattur IE from day one — no remote work option is available for this role.
