Role Overview Omega Healthcare is looking for enthusiastic freshers to join their International Voice AR team at their Navi Mumbai office. This is a full-time permanent role where you will be working in the US shift, supporting accounts receivable operations for international healthcare clients. Comprehensive training will be provided to help you build a strong foundation in healthcare BPO processes. Key Responsibilities - Monitor and track outstanding receivables to ensure timely follow-up and resolution - Make outbound calls to insurance companies in the US to follow up on pending or unpaid claims - Maintain accurate records of all interactions and update claim statuses in the system - Work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to process guidelines - Collaborate with the team to meet daily and monthly targets for collections and resolutions Required Qualifications - Any undergraduate or postgraduate degree (MBA graduates are not eligible for this role) - Maximum age of 30 years at the time of application - Excellent verbal communication skills in English are mandatory - Basic computer proficiency and comfort working independently - Willingness and availability to work night shifts from 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM - Immediate joiners are strongly preferred Why Join Us Omega Healthcare offers freshers an exceptional platform to launch and grow their careers in the international healthcare BPO sector, backed by structured training, performance-linked incentives, and a supportive work environment.
