Role Overview Prochant is actively seeking enthusiastic and communication-driven freshers to join its growing International Voice Process team as AR Callers. Based at the DLF Porur facility in Chennai, this is an excellent entry-level opportunity for recent graduates who are eager to build a career in US Healthcare BPO operations. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound international voice calls primarily related to Accounts Receivable (AR) follow-up for US healthcare clients. Communicate effectively with insurance companies, payers, and other stakeholders to resolve claim queries and expedite collections. Accurately document call outcomes and maintain records in internal systems. Meet daily and monthly productivity targets while ensuring high standards of quality and customer communication. Required Qualifications Strong verbal communication skills in English with a clear and professional speaking style. Basic understanding of BPO or customer service processes is a plus.
