Associate Director - Quality, Revenue Cycle Management

Role Overview Prochant is looking for a seasoned RCM quality leader to take charge of quality strategy, governance, and continuous improvement across its end-to-end Revenue Cycle Management operations. This senior role spans key RCM functions including Medical Billing, Accounts Receivable, Denial Management, Eligibility Verification, Prior Authorization, and Medical Coding. The Associate Director of Quality will serve as the primary driver of operational excellence, process standardization, and client satisfaction at an organizational level. Key Responsibilities - Design and execute a comprehensive quality management framework for all RCM functions aligned with organizational and client goals - Define quality KPIs, performance metrics, and governance review cadences with senior leadership and client stakeholders - Identify process gaps and lead Lean Six Sigma and transformation initiatives, including CAPA planning and rollout - Standardize SOPs and best practices across accounts and business units to ensure consistency - Oversee transaction monitoring, audit programs, calibration sessions, and compliance reviews across all RCM workflows - Analyze audit results, error trends, and quality data to develop and execute improvement strategies - Act as a trusted quality partner to clients, presenting performance insights and managing escalations with timely resolution - Build and maintain quality dashboards and scorecards that enable data-driven decision-making - Collaborate with training teams to develop quality-focused learning programs and mentor Quality Managers, Team Leads, and Analysts - Ensure compliance with HIPAA, healthcare regulations, client guidelines, and data privacy standards, and support internal and external audits Required Qualifications - 15 or more years of experience in Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management, healthcare BPO, or healthcare operations - Minimum 5 years in a Quality, Process Excellence, or Operational Excellence leadership role - Deep functional expertise across Medical Billing, AR Follow-up, Denial Management, Payment Posting, Eligibility Verification, and Medical Coding - Demonstrated success in leading large-scale quality transformation programs and improvement initiatives - Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma methodologies and quality governance frameworks - Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations - Any graduate degree; advanced qualifications in healthcare or quality management are an advantage Why Join Us Prochant is a fast-growing healthcare BPO that places quality and innovation at the core of its RCM services, offering senior leaders the scope to shape strategy and build high-performing quality functions. - 15+ years of experience in Healthcare RCM, BPO, or healthcare operations - Minimum 5 years of leadership in Quality, Process Excellence, or Operational Excellence - Strong knowledge of Medical Billing, AR Follow-up, Denial Management, Payment Posting, Eligibility Verification, and Medical Coding - Hands-on experience with Lean Six Sigma or similar quality improvement methodologies - Proven ability to lead large-scale quality transformation and process standardization initiatives - Experience building and managing quality dashboards, scorecards, and governance reporting - Strong client-facing skills with the ability to manage escalations and present quality insights - Knowledge of HIPAA, healthcare compliance, and data privacy regulations - Ability to mentor and develop quality teams including managers, leads, and analysts - Any graduate degree
