Role Overview Omega Healthcare is looking for freshers to join its International Voice Accounts Receivable team at their Airoli, Navi Mumbai office. This is a full-time permanent role where you will be working in the US shift, handling insurance follow-up calls and monitoring outstanding receivables. Comprehensive training will be provided to help you build a strong foundation in healthcare revenue cycle management. Key Responsibilities - Monitor and manage accounts receivable to ensure timely collections - Make outbound calls to insurance companies in the US to follow up on pending or unpaid claims - Maintain accurate records of call outcomes and claim statuses - Work collaboratively with the team to meet process targets and quality benchmarks - Operate basic computer applications to update and retrieve claim information Required Qualifications - Any undergraduate or postgraduate degree (MBA graduates are not eligible) - Maximum age of 30 years at the time of application - Excellent verbal communication skills in English - Willingness to work night shifts from 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM - Basic computer proficiency and ability to work with minimal supervision - Immediate joiners will be given preference Why Join Us Omega Healthcare offers freshers an excellent platform to launch their career in international healthcare BPO with structured training, attractive incentives, and a supportive work environment.
