Job Description

Role Overview Omega Healthcare is looking for motivated freshers to join its international voice process team as Process Executive or Process Associate in the Accounts Receivable (AR) department. This is a full-time permanent role based out of Airoli, Navi Mumbai, working in the US night shift. The position offers structured training, making it an excellent entry point for candidates looking to build a career in healthcare BPO operations. Key Responsibilities - Monitor and manage outstanding receivables as part of the AR process - Make outbound calls to insurance companies in the US to follow up on pending or unpaid claims - Maintain accurate records of call outcomes and claim statuses - Work independently with minimal supervision while meeting daily targets - Coordinate with team leads to ensure timely resolution of outstanding accounts Required Qualifications - Any undergraduate or postgraduate degree (MBA graduates are not eligible) - Maximum age of 30 years at the time of application - Excellent verbal communication skills in English - Willingness and availability to work the US night shift from 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM - Basic computer proficiency and ability to work independently - Immediate joiners are strongly preferred Why Join Us Omega Healthcare provides a strong learning environment for freshers entering the healthcare BPO space, with complete training provided from day one. Requirements

- Any UG or PG degree (MBA graduates not eligible) - Freshers welcome, no prior experience required - Excellent verbal communication skills in English - Willingness to work night shift from 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM - Age not exceeding 30 years - Basic computer skills - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Immediate joining preferred
