Role Overview
Accenture is hiring experienced professionals for its International Customer Support division in Mumbai. This is a full-time, permanent voice process role where you will be part of the Customer Success, Service and Operations department, serving international customers and ensuring high-quality resolutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer queries and provide accurate, timely resolutions over voice calls
- Manage escalations and complaints from dissatisfied customers with empathy and professionalism
- Ensure all faults and complaints are closed within defined SLA timelines
- Follow established guidelines and precedents to resolve routine customer issues
- Coordinate with team members and direct supervisors for seamless service delivery
- Adapt to rotational shift schedules as required by the business
Required Qualifications
- 1 to 6 years of experience in an international voice process
- Undergraduates are eligible to apply; graduation is not mandatory
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure
- Flexible and adaptable mindset with a quick learning attitude
- Results-driven approach with a focus on customer satisfaction
