Job Description

Role Overview Veye Research Pvt Ltd is hiring 10 Inside Sales Managers for its Australian process based out of Anna Salai, Chennai. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a globally recognised independent equities research firm that helps investors make smarter decisions through unbiased stock recommendations. You will be working directly with Australian clients, promoting subscription packages via outbound calls during Australian business hours. Key Responsibilities - Make 100 to 150 outbound sales calls daily to prospective Australian clients investing in the ASX - Promote and sell subscription packages to new and existing customers over the phone - Address customer queries, concerns, and provide after-sales support via phone and email - Manage and maintain call leads, schedule follow-ups, and convert prospects into paying customers - Share invoices and handle post-sale communication professionally - Prepare and maintain Daily, Weekly, and Monthly MIS reports to track performance Required Qualifications - Strong verbal and written communication skills in English - Comfortable working in a target-driven and competitive environment - Good analytical and negotiation skills to close sales effectively over the phone - Self-motivated, confident, patient, and eager to learn - Ability to manage time efficiently and stay organised under pressure - Prior experience in customer service, collections, upselling, inside sales, or US, UK, or AU processes is preferred but not mandatory - Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply Why Join Us Veye Research is a trusted name in the global equities research space, offering you the chance to build a rewarding sales career with international client exposure. Requirements

- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to handle high-volume outbound calling (100 to 150 calls per day) - Sales-oriented mindset with negotiation and persuasion skills - Experience in inside sales, customer service, or international BPO processes preferred - Freshers with excellent communication skills are eligible - Good time management and organisational abilities - Comfortable working in a target-driven environment - Proficiency in maintaining MIS reports and managing lead pipelines
